依據(jù)業(yè)主下發(fā)的施工平面圖和現(xiàn)場狀況，對臨時圍擋進行測設(shè)定位。放完線后，請業(yè)主予以確認，與圖紙不符部位及時進行調(diào)整。

2、立柱及板塊制作

依據(jù)圖紙及現(xiàn)場測量尺寸，計算出需要制作立柱與板塊的數(shù)量。鋼材進行防銹處理，刷紅丹防銹漆兩遍再將彩鋼板用鉚釘連接到方管龍骨上制成板塊，制作好的立柱及板塊龍骨都要進行防銹處理，涂刷兩遍防銹漆。

4、圍擋板塊安裝

待基礎(chǔ)砼達到一定強度后，進行立柱、板塊安裝，均勻分隔，焊機焊接 到預(yù)埋板上，全部焊接完畢后，對焊接情況進行驗收，合格后進行板塊安裝。彩鋼板厚度為0.7mm，彩鋼板間骨架橫向方鋼規(guī)格50mm×50mm×2.5mm，縱向方鋼60mm×60mm×3.5mm，在每2.5米加焊斜撐 ，并且焊接完的位置重新做涂刷防銹處理。
